I’ve visited several other orthos, dentists and jaw surgeons across the U.S. – whom I’ve spent hundreds of dollars out of pocket to see – about my jaw locking shut due to a persistent, painful and often debilitating case of TMJ I’ve had for the last 15+ years. Dr. Goshgarian is one of the few medical professionals I’ve seen who has done his research on TMJ and knows what he’s talking about, combining his own expertise and superb listening skills to develop a diagnosis that finally MAKES SENSE. He will fully explain what’s going on internally, then create a treatment plan that has a clear connection to the underlying issue. For me, it’s a misaligned bite that will never be fixed with physical therapy or anti-grinding guards, despite what other doctors have recommended. Not to mention, Dr. Goshgarian is just a genuinely nice guy who won’t brush off your problem or insult your symptoms, which unfortunately I’ve experienced in the past. The entire office is filled with smiling faces and I’m genuinely looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you Dr. Goshgarian for being capable, kind and willing to listen.

My daughter loves it. Since the first visit, they answer all her 101 questions she had and every time she goes in she comes out saying great things about everyone! I love how the front desk know my name and hers and always are ready to set up future appointments.

Dr. Goshgarian and his staff worked incredibly well with my daughter who was distressed and overwhelmed at the prospect of having braces. Dr. Goshgarian presents a positive environment that became a crucial piece to my daughter’s treatment. From the moment she met him, she trusted him and liked him (and so did I!). My daughter just got her braces off and looks back on the experience with a greater and deeper appreciation than when she started. I am so grateful for Dr. Goshgarian and his staff! Outstanding patient service and support from the Front Desk to the team of techs and of course to Dr. Goshgarian – the happiest orthodontist you will ever meet. Front desk team always gits you in quickly whenever elastics or brackets break in 2 convenient locations – Lake Forest Gurnee. We believe in them. My 2 kids both proudly weight their braces too. Fantastic group to trust your family’s smiles too. They are the best.

Love Dr. Goshgarian and his staff. No matter how busy, they always make you feel like you are the only patient. Especially appreciate all the work his team does to sort out billing when we have multiple insurance policies covering the fees. Other places in town said “We will bill one policy, you need to handle the rest. Dr. G has done a great job for all 3 of our kids, and his staff is the best. Also like how he gives back to the community.

Goshgarian Orthodontics is an amazing company. Ever since the first time I arrive there to have my expander installed, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The offices are top-notch and extremely clean. The best part is that they have explained every step they were going to take and helped me to not be worried. Got my treatment done with Dr. Goshgarian and I absolutely love my teeth! The ladies are wonderful, kind, and very patient. I also love that Dr. Goshgarian takes the time to answer any questions you may have and makes sure you are aware of where you are in your treatment. I’ve noticed that the office has ways to keep children involved with rewards and events, which in my opinion, is a good way to win trust (for those kids that are a little scared of dentist). Dr. Goshgarian and his whole staff are flexible and responsive. My son who is on the shy side, feels comfortable and welcome there. They always squeeze us in when there is a need for a last minute appointment, they are quick to return phone calls, and friendly and welcoming when we walk in the door.
